I celebrated my birthday and pointed it out to the receptionists. Every time I mentioned this, they replied, "All right, everything is fine, it's already coming in a few minutes." This was from Friday morning until Saturday afternoon for departure. We received a portion of a cake that was left there. I was very disappointed.

We enjoyed very first weekend in the panorama. A problem that troubled us. Who was the subject of parking desk staff who could not explain the issue of entry and exit on Saturday as well as higher parking rate not taken into account.

Great food and staff are polite and smiling. Exceptional service and great. Rooms are outdated and not particularly large but very well maintained. Very clean. Louis Promenade with spectacular scenery is right behind the hotel and the zoo across the street.

We kind you get back from time to time. Too bad, precisely guests who cherish the hotel room getting unsuccessful. They threw us right into a corner with no view. Overall a very good hotel, and very much enjoyed our holiday, we were four couples Mbogrim.mikom hotel excellent attitude was excellent and the rooms Cn``l. Bit bothered us that we had to wait long for elevators also considering that one elevator was functioning elevator Saturday, but the wait was long already and Ahh``tz Friday before the Sabbath. In addition, and again probably influenced by Sabbath meals were deficient and were not at the level expected.
